Use bubble tea powder flavouring creamer to make the popular Taiwanese drink – bubble tea – at home. Made of tapioca syrup, this easy-to-use powder has prominent milk flavours and an extra smooth texture. Simply blend the powder with your favourite black tea, and ice, shake, then serve with cooked tapioca pearls for a sweet, cold drink.
Follow these instructions for making milk tea:
To make 500ml bubble milk tea:
- Use 3 spoons of creamer (approx. 30g) to 200ml black tea or green tea, stir until it fully dissolves.
- Add 30ml of fructose syrup and fill up with ice
- Fully shake it and serve with 50g cooked pearls.
